Module 1: PAS 55 and Benchmarking
An introduction to PAS 55. The International Benchmark Publication for Project Methodologies, developed as a guideline for organizations to assist in correct physical asset management. PAS 55 presents a high-level overview of the elements that each project should contain, regardless of the project’s purpose and objective.
Module 2: Create Your Own Process
Individual organisations need to compile their own methodology, based on the guidelines set out in PAS 55 but developing a methodology that is specific to their organisation. A unique 7 step process plan.
Module 3: Prepare Your Journey
To prepare for your journey, you will need a plan. Project Planning covers the requirement to put together a project plan as a control mechanism, which will be created within the scope of the agreed Project Methodology of our organisation.
Module 4: Just Do It
Implementation has far-reaching effects on the organization from now and into the future.
A good implementation provides a strong foundation on which to build.
Value-added processes, Procedures, and an Asset information system. Sound business decisions can be made by all levels of management.
Poor implementation has severe negative impacts on the organization.
And will prove to be extremely expensive and time-consuming to correct.
Module 5: Best Practices
Best Practices are not some stand-alone aspect that we can sort out when the project is completed, it is an integral part of everything we have discussed in all the courses in this series.

Module 6: Project Mapping
Business process mapping refers to activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.
